It was made in the 1930’s, likely around 1932 based on the model. 17 1/4″ x 3 3/4″ tall x 10 1/2 deep. 9 Pounds 14 Oz. It includes a pump with tank that holds pressure, still it could use a tuneup if being used. Looks pretty good as far as rust goes, not sure about the finish, I feel there is a product that may brighten this up, I’m simply not experimenting with random chemicals.
