One Quick Note: I have dozens and dozens of feedback reviews related to appliances but I cluttered up my feedback with a small dollar high volume item. If you scroll down to my appliance related feedback, that would be much more relevant to this item. 2 This range cannot be converted back to natural gas because the drive on the screws for the burner bases are stripped out. The good news is the range is already ready to go for propane. 3 Some black paint is missing from the oven vent strip in the back behind the grates. 4 The oven temp has been professionally calibrated and should be accurate for average temperature within about 2°F. 5 Overall the range is in better than typical condition (very clean) and is functioning well w/ new oven ignition components. Downdraft fan included if needed. Requires 6 standard exhaust flex hose to connect the fan to the range (not included). Always torque gas lines with two opposing wrenches squeezed together to focus torque and avoid movement of existing fittings. Tip to hook up the gas line: with the range fully out, raising the right side by about 8 with a block is recommended to allow more room for wrenches.
