I bought the house with this unit installed. It has a huge 24x22x14 box for the biggest logs. The outside measurements are 35x28x29. Replaced most of the fire brick just about a year ago, have plenty spares also. My first floor where the unit is located is around 1000sq. Ft, last winter it would be 88 on that floor and 85 on the second which is around 400sq. Ft once the stove got warmed up. Doesn’t have any fans just radiant heat. The only downside is this stove is around 500-550 pounds. Will need truck with lift gate or similar.
