ANTIQUE Wehrle ARDMORE CAST IRON COOK STOVE RANGE WOOD COAL PORCELAIN. This is an antique wood burning or coal burning stove called the “Ardmore”, made by The Wehrle Co. In Newark Ohio during the 1920’s-1930’s. It has a cast iron top with porcelain painted iron/steel frame, doors, etc. The doors, background, and bottom trim piece are primarily white and the frame and other trim pieces are primarily pale green. It is about 31″ high, 34″ wide, and 23 deep overall (depth includes the pipe at the back). The stove will need to be restored. The cast iron is rusted and will need attention.
