View more great items. Vintage antique 1937 Universal electric stove measures 38.5″L X 40″T X 26D. Stove has not been tested since wiring is not up to code and we did not want any incidents to occur. This stove has been rescued from a barn in western KY. All original parts are still there from the porcelain knobs pic#8-9 and porcelain outlets pic#23-24 one on side of stove and one on the back of stove. Original crumb tray pic#10. These trays are usually always missing or completely rusted out and as you can see it is still in great condition. One original knob one knob has been replaced on tray see pic#9. Pic#11 oven dial has a split in the metal band-has been repaired with electrical tape. See pics#17-20 three burners will need repaired-pic#21 shows original electric cord. Minimal surface rust no holes that we could find. Wonderful collectible to add to your kitchen, porch, or wherever your heart desires. And therefore should not be considered to be in new condition. Great shape for its age, I was restoring it but I don’t have the time to finish, the range is pretty much done although I did not get a chance to refinish under the burners and there is a few small spots of surface rust still that’s probably taken care of an addition you need a new LP gas line copper pipe as it’s just been cut off you can see on the back how they’re just a little bit hanging out of it so that’s not that big of an issue the range top though still needs some decent amount of surface rust removed from the back and a little bit in the fan area the labeling also needs to be glued down. It hasn’t been an operation for many years so we’ll need to be primed prior to use. Comes with the original owners manual paperwork!
