The one-burner M1950 gasoline cooking stove is a cooking and heating unit for a group of from two to five men operating in an isolated or forward area where the use of heavier equipment is not practical. The stove is small, compact, and light, and will operate on either white or leaded gasoline. Best for: Ounce-counting adventurers bound for long trips (5+ days) in a variety of conditions and topography, including high, cold places. Also best for people concerned about the monetary and environmental costs of using canister stoves. The stove is stored in a 2 pc. Aluminum container that also functions as a small and large cooking pot. May or may not function. More than likely because of the age, seals and gaskets will need to be replaced. Sometimes the stoves will leak at first and then, as the seals soak in more liquid, they will ” seat-up” better. We are offering these.
