Bought in 1996, so it’s non-polluting and legal in California (post-1992 laws) but also still produced during the company’s highest quality years (we asked an expert, but encourage you to ask one too). Powerful: can heat a 5000 sq ft space, but we used it in a smaller space where it worked comfortably. Used infrequently, so in excellent condition. Weighs about 350 pounds, so to pick it up (in Mill Valley), you would probably need 4 strong people and a solid vehicle.
