The main body (back, bottom and front) are precision laser cut and formed from one piece of high grade stainless steel, which eliminates unnecessary. Welded seams that can split under the intense heat produced by a pellet stove. The sides are then precision “TIG” welded to the main body. Precision “TIG” welding eliminates the typical “Globs” of weld and weld splatter produced with traditional wire welding methods that can affect air flow through the fire burn pot. The fire burn pot is inspected for fit and then goes through a vibratory finishing process with ceramic media and water that cleans, degreases, deburrs and softens the sharp edges and corners so you don’t get cut by the sharp metal while removing and reinstalling it for cleaning. This is the taller and larger style that is 4″ high, as measured from the bottom to the top of the burnpot, excluding the additional portion that extends up along one side another 1/4″.
