I replaced the factory speakers in my father’s Ampex Tape/Radio system in’69/’70 to give him better fidelity when he listened to NPR every morning. They were in gentle usage for 30 years, when he gave the speakers to me when they remodeled. They have been in storage in my music room since. Our home is non-smoking.
