We Test Our Engines. Before any engine leaves our facility, we make sure to check and test the engines to confirm that the product you receive will work effectively. We run a compression test on the engine, as well as a leak-down test and pressure check. These tests ensure that the engine turns over fine, is torqued down properly, and that there are no air gaps that might allow the engine to fail later on. After your core arrives at our facility we inspect it to check the rebuildability of the block, crank, rods, and cylinder heads. This particular kit is custom and 1 of only 1. This roof rack is 100% custom made and accommodates the mounting of 4 auxiliary lights across the front (2 grouped pairs/Camel Trophy style) as well as 2 auxiliary lights in the rear. The 1995 full width brush guard has been backdated as I modified it to not wrap around the corner lamps and the rubber bumper strips have been replaced with metal. All fabricated components are sandblasted to remove impurities prior to coating, zinc primer base coated and finished in semi-gloss black powder coat (shown in raw steel prior to sandblast, primer and top powder coat). All my tubing bend components are C. Mandrel bent, all tubing joints are pneumatic/hydraulic notched, all seam joints are sleeved, welded and polished. All my mounting and light tabs are stamped. All my components are fixture “jig” clamped during welding to ensure accuracy and consistency and to mitigate warping during the welding process. All tubing is cleaned and polished prior to welding. I wanted a set of extended adjustable sway bar links for my lifted second generation Range Rover and did not want to go with the aftermarket Jeep Cherokee quick disconnects everyone does as they are too long for mild lifts, they require the mounting holes on the chassis and the sway bar to be opened up and mostly because they are really noisy (plus I think quick disconnect sway bars are unnecessary on most vehicles and even a bad idea for a vehicle such as a P38). I made what I wanted. No retrofit here, these are made specifically for second generation Range Rovers. They are stronger than factory links, they mount the same as factory links but are extended length and adjustable to accommodate suspension lifts/long travel suspension.
