This hitch comes with not only the receiver portion, but the removable ball portion as well. You will need to add your own ball that fits your needs. It also come with all electrical wires and connectors that connects to the pre-installed wiring on your vehicle to a 7-pin connector. It is literally removing the already installed stock existing connector plugs and connecting and securing the new wiring extension with the 7-pin connector within the bumper area. The stealth hitches are unique because the structural parts of the hitch that connect to the vehicle are completely hidden withing the existing bumper.
