Up for sale is an old Bradley & Hubbard kerosene heater in great working condition. The top and base are cast. Iron with a steel chimney. The burner is brass and does not leak. It will need a new wick, a Perfection 500 wick. Fits nicely but will have to have slits cut in the bottom to fit the wick holder which must be reused as no replacement. Is available to my knowledge. Someone has already put a Perfection 500 wick in the carrier but they simply cut. The bottom completely off so that when you raise the wick to the burning position it is mostly out of the kerosene. So you can’t burn the tank empty. I did not see any cracks, breaks or repairs on the heater. Truly a rare find in this. Please look at all the pics and use zoom so can see what you are getting. Up for sale is an old restored Perfection number 500 burner for kerosene heaters. It is in excellent working. Condition as pictured with a brand new wick from Miles Stair that should be dry burned to level before filling. The fount has been painted black with white accents.
