The pot is also a great cook pot for everyday use. This kettle is very sturdy, versatile, self-basting and require little or no water to cook. It measure outside diameter 12″ outside diameter, 10 1/2″ inside diameter, and height 5 without lid, will fill to a full 5 quarts with 1/4 inch from top to spare. The rare mint glass lid measures 9 3/4″ inside and 11″ outside is also in excellent clear condition with no chips or cracks, has number 11 on one side and DO241X on the other.
