Built-in Counter Top Type Stove Top Cover. We take great pride in our products made, designed and hand painted in Central Michigan. We have had many requests for a cover that would make your island built-in stove top disappear. With his cover in use you now cannot see your built-in stove top – it is now hidden. When cook top is not in use you can use the area for entertaining surface. Measurements of the cover are approximately OS 30″ wide x 22″ deep x 3 1/4 rails to straddle your built-in stove top. The inside dimensions are 28 1/2″ wide x 21 1/4″ deep x 2 1/2 high (clearance over smooth cool top). This cover is made from pine which may show some of the natural grain and knots in the wood. This will make a great addition to your kitchen. Flip it upside down and use as a large serving tray. If you lack counter space this is a good way to add space. A furniture hand rubbed type finish has been applied to this item. I hand rub between each coat of varnish. Two sides of the board have cutout handles. We do not keep an inventory on hand of products made so each order is individually done in our home shop for you. We reproduce our primitives with furniture quality finish. (each layer has to dry). Primitive Wood Over the Burners Stove Top Cover 3-sided – with downward rails. This is the original downward stove top cover – We take great pride in our products made, designed and hand painted to give an unique PRIMITIVE look in an Amish area in Central Michigan. We have had many requests for a stovetop cover with the rails pointing downwards to straddle the gas burners. A client had us make one for her as a Special Order so we decided to include it in our line of range top covers. I do not show this item on a gas stove as I have a KitchenAid glass top stove.
