Production year of this stove is between the 1940s and 50s. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH! THE PHOTOS WILL SAY SO MUCH MORE THAN I CAN EVER WRITE! For example, the globe is always packed in its own padded box. Like with Coleman in years past, I send my lanterns partially dis-assembled. Lantern vents are individually wrapped and bail handles (where applicable) are packed in cardboard sleeves to prevent them denting the fount (fuel tank). Finally, the lantern body itself is bubble wrapped and everything is surrounded in packing foam. Liquid multi-fuel space heater that is designed for heating the military’s general purpose (GP) tents, small and large. The H45 operates without the use of electrical power and can burn many types of liquid fuel (including Diesel, DF2, DF1, DFA, Gas, Kerosene, JP5 and JP8 Jet Fuels). This unit provides safe, reliable heating using a fuel vaporizing technology that has been tested in the laboratory and in the field. The H45 heater has been f. Ield proven for more than 25 years. And thousands of units have been put to use. This model has been in use since the Cold War, although these units were mostly manufactured in the 1990s and then put new into storage. Adjustable heat output of 20,000 to 45,000 BTU/hr. Uses 4 inch stove exhaust pipe, and YES it is included. Breaks down into (4 or 5) 24 sections that fit together. This listing is for a Type II: Liquid Fuel. Type I (solid fuel) is basically the same design, with a grate inside instead of the fuel vaporizer.
