AIRED OUT DIRT FROM VALVE BODY INSIDE FOUNT THROUGH CHECK VALVE WHICH NO ONE DOES!! HELPS KEEP A STRONGER AND VIBRANT FLAME. MANY PEOPLE POWDER COAT, BUT ONLY HOLDS UP TO 400 DEGREES. I USE A CERAKOTE COATING AND WILL HOLD OVER 800 DEGREES. WET SANDED THEN PRIMED WITH PRIMER COATING, PAINTED AND BUFFED AND WAXED. REASSEMBLED:NEWER CHECK VALVE AND STEM, NEW VALVE STEM PACKING. NEW PLUNGER LEATHER CUP AND OILED MINERIAL OIL, ADJUST SPRING IN VALVE BODY. NEW DECAL AND LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS. CLEANED BURNER ASSEMBLY, CLEANED GENERATOR AND BURNER ASSEMBLY COATED BOWL AND EVAPORATOR WITH A CERAMIC COATING WHICH HOLDS TEMPS BACK UP TO 2000 DEGREES. ADDED PRESSURE TO CHECK FOR LEAKS AND ALL IS GOOD, RELIT-FIRED UP STRONG WITH A GOOD BLUE FLAME. THERE IS A NERY SMALL DEN’T, BUT NOT THAT SIGNIFICANT AND DOES NOT HINDER STOVES PERFORMANCE.
