A few nicks and minor paint lose around the Collar, light surface rust on the bottom and bottom rim. From the safe that is made to protect it. I see no rust pits and the fount looks solid. The vent has a chip under the nut and a 2 very minor chip’s on the bottom edge. The Frame is rust and pit free, Globe Nice, Collar Nice. Pumps up Pass’s air so should work fine.
