This stove is the first M-1942 stove ever produced and is notable because of the fuel valve wheel that turns in the middle. After this early 1943 model, the stove switched to having a black bakelite turn valve on the side instead of the wheel in the middle. This stove was used at Fort Lewis and Camp Hale, where the WWII 10th Mountain Division Ski troops served. Very rare and nice for being 74 years old. Stove has not been tested so I cannot verify functionality. The item “WWII WW2 NOS Aladdin 1943 M-1942 Stove Early Wheel Ski 10th Mountain Camp Hale” is in sale since Sunday, December 10, 2017.
