The Quadra-Fire 4-speed Control Box/Circuit Board #7000-206 is a genuine OEM product. This controller is used in the Quadra-Fire original Mt. Vernon (not AE or E2 version) pellet stove. The control box is clear and has dimensions of 2 inches in height, 4.5 inches in depth, and 5.5 inches in width. There are 3 leds in the box. The blue LED flashes the program number on the selector switch. The green and red LEDs indicate high and low temperatures in the stove. A rotary selector switch is located in a hole on the rear of the controller. Carefully use a small screwdriver to point the arrow at the corresponding number for you stove, as followed. #0 – Test mode. Vernon (+10% feed rate). Vernon (-10% feed rate). Some switches may vary. Switch setting #6 may equal program #1 Mt. Count the number of flashes the blue led makes when the stove is powered up to check the program number. You should see 1 blink every 10 seconds for 30 seconds. This controller is brand-new and tested/calibrated on a custom pellet stove simulator. Pantrol is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Always use a surge protector on your pellet stove. Always unplug the pellet stove when installing a new controller and make sure the edge is properly seated in the connector before plugging it in. Pellet stove controllers are not returnable.
