Coleman Sportmaster 500a camp Stove 6/61 with original box and paperwork. It looks unfired looks brand new looks minty. Even the box would make a great display item. A collector comes across a couple of items they know they will never find again in the same condition. This is one of those items for me. This is one of my favorite Coleman items and is my favorite stove. The temptation to light this stove has been a constant, but I wanted to preserve its condition for the next lucky owner. This stove is in amazing condition. I cant see any indication it has ever been fired. There was no fuel in the tank and no smell of fuel. The gentleman I acquired this from said it was his fathers and they never used it. The Coleman logo placement under the pump is different from all the stoves I could find pictures of. So this could be a one of a kind error. The logo is in beautiful condition please refer to the pictures. I could not find a single chip or scratch in the paint. For being over 57 years old this stove is as sexy and gorgeous as the day it came off the assembly line. It would display nicely with a Ted Williams, gold bond, or Coleman 202 lantern. I challenge you to ever find a nicer one. This is a collectors dream. This model stove really appeals to me as it is larger than the normal single burner stoves and seems like it could handle a larger load. Please see pictures for exact condition. Several of the pictures show it without the fuel cap, I took it off to show tank. It is there and will be included. Whoever gets this will be extremely lucky.
