You will be able to find that special gift that you want to give that special person or yourself this cooking season. CAST IRON, all the cast iron is cleaned and seasoned unless its stated otherwise. I gauge movement by a business card. Less than a card of movement I consider it to be flat. Any movement more than that I will list it as how many cards it takes to level it out. I clean the cast by electrolysis and season it with a beeswax and vegetable oil mixture. Most of the pieces will come to you in a dark Cast Iron color but all will darken more with use. It will darken up over time and use to become the black color everyone associates with Cast iron Skillets. Some of the Cast Iron pieces are coming out of my collection so they will not be as cured as the others since I use a lot of them for display purposes.
