WW2 US Army squad Stove. RARE AND HARD TO FIND. This is an amazing lightly used, WWII US Army 1945 Chrysler Airtemp squad stove. The stove is totally self contained for transport. Serve isolated units from 15-40 people, depending upon the type of foodprepared. The lower stove section isinsulated on all sides and on the bottom. The top half consists of a windshieldwith detachable cover which can be locked on. One side ofthe wind shield may be folded down for easier access when frying, and the stovemay be assembled with the opening side on either the burner or stack side. The burnerhas been selected for its simplicity of construction, operation and maintenance. It willburn leaded or unleaded fuel, kerosene, diesel, oil and even crankcase drippingdiluted with fuel. WW2 US Army Field Ration Type C B Unit – Miller – Parrott Baking Company Terre Haute, Ind. Dated on top of can – Packed 7/41. 2.50 Oz Biscuit -1.00 Oz Confection. Can is unopened – still has key attached to bottom of the can. The can is in Very nice condition considering its age , the key has some rusting on the handle of the key, it is still attached to the can very well. Some very tiny dings along the edges of the can, very tiny. The black printing on the can is still very dark, in very nice condition. Easily readable, this one is in really nice condition and will display very well. Also Includes US Marked M-1942 Mod C-A-1945 Gasoline Cook Stove – Well used- but very good condition. Been well taken care of. Pumps fine, only rust it has is some very tiny spots on the burner arms. It does not include the wrench. Includes a stove case – the case is marked Leyse US 1961. It is NOT an original WW2 case, it is in very good condition. US Marked – E. 1943 Mess Kit – In fair condition, has blackening from use. Includes utensils – All marked US. 1941 – Has some rust. Knife & spoon US marked. M1928 Meat Can Pouch – Meat Sack – unmarked Undated – these were not marked – In good condition. Some fading as shown in photo.
