Inside is a small well-worn cup, presumably to contain hot coals. Authentic wear, worn thru and flaking in areas. Size: 5 1/2″ talll, plus handle, 8″ across, (see photo with soda can for scale).
The product is a vintage Coleman 425E 499 two burner camp stove, manufactured in 1978. It is a portable stove with a glossy green finish, made of metal and steel. The stove features a windscreen and is foldable for easy transport. It is suitable for outdoor camping and uses gas as fuel. This Coleman camp stove is a classic piece of camping equipment from the United States, perfect for cooking meals while on a camping trip. Open box opened it myself does have some wear and box is pretty beat up. Does have some damage from shifting in the box and have a couple dents from moving around in the box over the years. But has never been opened and used.

Amazing condition for the age though not perfect. If you look at the pictures, you will see the clips that hold the top in place are not all there. One side has the top latch but the other latch is broke off, the bottom has one “receiver” for the latch, but the other side is broken off. Please view pictures as any other pieces that may be missing or broken I may not be privy to. All 3 wicks raise and lower via the twist knob.

I have a very nice Vintage Coleman Stove dated 2-73, new old stock and has never been fired. It is missing the original box, but everything else is present. Overall it’s in great shape. The domed feet on the bottom has some scratches and the sticker on the inside of the door is slightly disfigured and these issues are pictured, please use the pictures as part of the description.
