This unique, one of a kind stove was customized with several modifications and addons which I felt where necessary upgrades in order to add some humanity to this somewhat crudely made American product. Differences from the stock/factory model: ergonomic wood handles/knobs; bent internal-diverter lever for clearance when using a stovetop plate or tray; glass window (3.5 wide) to observe wood consumption status without opening the door-chute; removable pellet-grate to increase room for wood; replaceable fiberglass door gasket/seal; sharpened ashtray scoop-lips for better ash collection. Useful additions; long metal thongs/pushstick (strong enough to hold and move the largest piece of wood the stove can handle); quality USA made thermometer; stovetop heat-sink/exchanger; magnetic hands-free door-prop; eight 24 vent pipes (one has a damper installed and another was shortened); two adjustable 90-degree elbows; hatchet-axe with a hidden built-in saw; two stovetop trays; metal ash-deposit bin/container; carbon-monoxide monitor/detector. A 17″ by 3″ piece of wood is shown for scale. Any of these can be left out if you don’t need them. One of them shows a successfully installed stove inside a 32ft camper. This stove can be used for outdoor cooking on top of the included flue-grate, or (ventilated) indoor heating plus stovetop cooking using the internal diverter (with vent-pipes connected). Burns wood, pellets, paper, carboard, etc. Can burn logs up to 17.5 long inside the 6 wide shute. When using wood-pellets, simply flip up the internal pellet-grate and load in over a gallon of pellets, allowing the system to run for up to 2 hours without refilling (with proper vent damper). Burns very efficiently, with very little smoke, and very hot. Enough output to cook a fish, boil water, or heat a small space. The stove can put out enough heat to the burner to cook for a large group or family. To use the stove as a heating source, 4 vent pipes must be connected (a damper is recommended when venting vertically over 5′ feet, in order to regulate drafting). Stove Usage Tip; make sure to close the ashtray (air-control intake) before slowly opening the door-hatch when refueling (so it vents from it instead). The more the heat is properly and efficiently extracted, the higher it will be, such as utilizing heat exchangers along the line (the griddle attachment will certainly help with that).
