The oven was just calibrated at 350, 375, and 400 degrees and the average temp was within about 5 degrees after calibration at equilibrium (calibrated on convection bake mode w/ ice-water calibrated mercury style thermometer). One new spark module was just installed and all 6 spark modules appear to be healthy w/ no sustained sparking even at low simmer, and all burners are lighting great (see testing video mentioned above). The soft open feature is not functional on the oven door, so the oven door feels just like any other standard door but with just a hint of cushion during the last few inches. Comes with the more popular low-profile back which has the option of island install. The specs / serial sticker is missing or I at least cant find it (Wolf says sometimes the serial number is buried far in the back inside the range). Burner specs should be. (1) x 9,200 B. (5) x 15,000 B. Comes w/ a 50A 4-prong power chord installed. A dedicated 50A 240V circuit is required for use. This range is set up & tuned for natural gas (NG) w/ natural gas orifices and a 5W. Natural gas regulator (included). THIS RANGE IS NOT CONVERTIBLE TO LIQUID PROPANE… FOR USE W/ NATURAL GAS ONLY!! Overall Range Dimensions: 35-7/8W x 29-1/2D (to oven handle) x Adjustable Height. The gas flare fitting installed on the range is for a standard 1/2 OD flexible gas hookup line. NEVER TORQUE GAS FITTINGS USING ONLY ONE WRENCH… Two opposing wrenches squeezed together should be used to maximize torque and prevent movement (leaks) at the other fittings. Check for gas leaks after installation with leak detection fluid, or have a plumber hook up the gas line ideally. For NPT threads, my favorite sealing product is Loctite 567 because it is gas resistant, prevents unintentional fitting movement, and seals exceptionally well when used correctly.
