It has been utilized in a 1300 sq ft cabin outside a historic home in Cumberland VA for many years, providing warmth to various family and friends. It still a functioning stove and has been removed only because of reconstruction of the cabin. Keystone has the largest unobstructed view of a fire of any of the mfg stoves made. Burns for 8 to 10 hrs on a single load of wood producing up to 45,000 BTUs per hour. The thick soapstone walls ensure large amounts of heat are stored and radiated steadily, even after the fire has died down. As a internal catalytic combustor type stove, it boost heat output, reduces fuel consumption and virtually eliminates pollution.
