EPD1-D Dosimeter rewired to use 3.7v 10440 rechargable lithium batteries (one included). Also includes screwdriver and starting pin. To start the dosimeter, unscrew the back and use the starting pin on the reset holes. The dose rate function is ENABLED on these units, however only the HS sensor (beta+gamma) is on. The HP sensor (hard gamma) is not. The device still functions and detects both beta and gamma radiation. The unit will display HS dose and HS dose rate. This dosimeter has a very high range of 1 uSv/hr to 16.77 Sv/hr. It is also highly resistant to EMPs, making it suitable for use in a radiological event.
